Erica's Regular Earl Grey tea is a blend of Indian and Ceylon teas. The flavor comes from the use of oil of Bergamot. This tea is delicious hot or cold. The pouch contains 2 oz of loose leaf tea. For one cup of tea: scoop 1 teaspoon into an infuser, put infuser in cup, pour hot or boiling water over and let sit for 3-5 minutes - depending on your personal taste.
