Margaret's Darjeeling tea is a 2nd flush Darjeeling, grown at 6800 feet above sea level. It has a distinct 'muscatel' flavor with a hint of currant and an almost wine like taste. The tea was named after the daughter of the owner who died in the 1930's on a return trip to England. The pouch contains 4 oz of loose leaf tea. For one cup of tea: scoop 1 teaspoon into an infuser, put infuser in cup, pour hot or boiling water over and let sit for 3-5 minutes - depending on your personal taste.
